Property Assistant
Reputable Independent Sales & Lettings Agency is looking for an experienced part-time Property Assistant to join their successful team in their office near Moreton-In-Marsh.

The role will involve working alongside the Managing Director, and team to learn all aspects of the role from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background and great customer service skills.
They will be highly organised, motivated, have great attention to detail, be able to work on their own and ideally have knowledge of the property industry.
Minimum 3 years of administration experience required.

- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Industry Qualifications desirable (but not essential – training provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify new applicants and buyers
- Book appointments (for both lettings and sales)
- Answer all incoming communications (internal and external – telephone, email, etc.)
- Keeping our Database updated at all times
- Meet and greet clients and visitors at the office
- Attend viewings (both lettings and sales), check ins, check outs, inspections, inventories
- Deal with property management tasks as required
- General administration duties as required
- Any other reasonable duties requested
You will require a valid driving licence and own car (mileage paid) and you have to have willingness to travel.
You will need to support the boss who is committed, demanding and driven to succeed. You must be able to take instructions and follow specific details accurately. As we are a growing company, there will be opportunity create your own unique role within the business depending on your skill set.
You will be required to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9-5 and 1 Saturday per month (day in lieu for the Saturday worked will be given during the week)
Salary and hours:
£15,600 per annum
Working hours: 7.5 hours per day (22.5 hours per week). 0.5 hours unpaid lunch-break

Training:
