An exciting opportunity has arisen in our award winning family run business & we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in office near Moreton In Marsh as Property Assistant

Role Overview:

Part time: 16 hours / week.

We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated and dynamic individual who has previous PA or office management experience. We need someone who is bright, resilient and confident in order to deliver a high standard of service to our clients and perform daily tasks efficiently. A background in the residential sales or lettings would be very desirable yet it is not requirement.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Conducting property viewings, check-ins, check-outs, and inspections.
  • Preparing inventories, reports, and handling property-related documentation.
  • Answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and booking appointments.
  • Supporting the Property Manager and Sales Director with tenant, buyer, landlord, and seller inquiries.
  • Assisting with property listings, administrative tasks, and general office duties, including marketing aspects and scheduling social media posts.

You will need to support the boss who is committed, demanding and driven to succeed. You must be able to take instructions and follow specific details accurately. As we are a growing company, there will be opportunity create your own unique role within the business depending on your skill set.

You will need to be highly proficient in all general office skills including IT skills (full experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and work with CRMs is essential) and customer focused. You must be fluent in English and have excellent English written communication skills.

You will be required to work Monday to Thursday and 1 Saturday per month (day in lieu for the Saturday worked will be given during the week)

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property software is desirable.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits.

Expectations, Performance and Development:

  • We will set targets and work to 90 day plans for each quarter of the year.
  • We will carry out monthly review meetings with you to assist with your progress.
  • We will determine what a ‘great’ result looks like so that we recognise it when we see it.
  • We will agree a set of performance indicators which will form the basis of regular reviews.
  • We will have training sessions to assist your personal development.
  • We will have a personal development review session every 6 months.

Property Administrator

Reputable Independent Sales & Lettings Agency is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join their successful team in their office near Moreton-In-Marsh.

They are known for their excellent customer satisfaction, personal service and attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual who shares the same working ethics to join our growing business.

The role will involve working alongside the Managing Director, and team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background and great customer service skills, positive and can-do attitude.

They will be highly organised, motivated, have great attention to detail and ideally have knowledge of the property industry.

Minimum 3 years of administration experience required.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Register and qualify new applicants and buyers 
  • Book appointments (for both lettings and sales)
  • Answer all incoming communications (internal and external – telephone, email, etc.) 
  • Organising office files
  • Ensuring all the compliance is adhered to
  • Day to day Landlord , Tenant, Seller and Buyer contact
  • Keeping our Database updated at all times
  • Creating property listings
  • Sales Progression
  • Assisting Director, Property Manager and any team member with administration as required
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors at the office
  • Occasionally attend appointments (both lettings and sales) to cover holidays, etc
  • General administration duties as required
  • Any other reasonable duties requested

You will require a valid driving licence and own car (mileage paid).  

You will be required to work 5 days a week between Monday to Friday 10.00 – 2.30pm.

Total 20 hours per week. 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.

Salary: 

£13,600 per annum

You will be required to work 5 days a week between Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00pm.

Total 37.5 hours per week. 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.

Part time hours considered - minimum 25 hours working week and salary calculated pro-rata based on hours agreed )

Salary: 

£27,000 - £29,000 per annum  depending on experience and qualifications
