An exciting opportunity has arisen in our award-winning family run business & we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing team. You will be a lot on the road but when you are not, your workplace will be in the office.

As a Senior Property Negotiator you will be working closely with the Director of the business as well as the rest of our team to drive business forward. You will be responsible for securing new clients as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing ones. Whilst your role will predominantly require to grow lettings side of business, you will also be required to work with the Director on the sales side (i.e. booking appointments, attending viewings, following up).

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify new applicants
  • Book appointments (for both lettings and sales)
  • Attend viewings (both lettings and sales), check ins, inspections
  • Negotiate and agree rentals and process applications
  • Generate valuations through targeted activities
  • Build relationships with new as well as existing landlords, tenants and all stakeholders
  • Answer all incoming communications (internal and external – telephone, email, etc.)

You will require to have a valid driving licence and own car (mileage paid). Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role required.

Level 3 in Residential Lettings and Property Management or Level 3 in Residential Sales qualification required. If you do not have qualification but have relevant experience, your application will be still considered providing you are willing to commit to completing the qualification within 18 months of starting your employment.

You will be required to work 5 days a week between Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays per month and day off during the week when you work on Saturday. Total 40 hours per week.

Salary:

£27,500 basic per annum + Individual Commission + Company team bonus. Expected OTE £34,000 per annum.
